it happens ALL the time. Ill be focused on one target and then out of nowhere for no reason my target will switch, sometimes twice or three times.
ive got sticky targeting on and action targeting off but my target will switch ALL the time.
could be in the middle of a cast sequence, not even using my mouse and my target will switch,
it happens across all of my characters,
,anyone else having this kind of trouble?
Your bot is probably set to automatically target certain targets based on a HP threshhold.
no bots, i dont even use any addons
Could this be something like what youâre seeing:
Action combat settings, idk what that is. Maybe?
Edit: Here is a wowhead article with some Blue stuff. Maybe a cvar of yours is changed?
Edit edit: The âAction Targettingâ setting is in Options::Combat::Enable Action TargettingâŚyou can also do a search in the upper right of options for action and find it.
Edit edit edit: Well, frick, you mentioned Action Targetting, my bad. Maybe turn it off and on. Or perhaps a full UI reset:
In the advanced section they mention how to reset all the cvars:
/console cvar_default

yeah it seems to be the action targeting system doing the work from what I can see, mine is set to off but it still seems to be doing its job, also with my shaman only, the hold to cast key dosent work. its set to hold to cast on but it dosent work, but it does work for my other classes?
just gave the /console cvar_default a try, lets see if this makes a difference, thanks for the replies, your as close to figuring out the problem as i can find right now
Well, maybe some cvars are off and a UI reset is a good idea. This right here is kinda annoying:
/console cvar_default
But, it absolutely gets ya back to full default. Of course, that means ya gotta reclick tutorials and all that fun. Iâve done it a time or twoâŚahh I see you tried it.
Edit: Iâd suggest the full UI reset as well:

Self awareness lacking. Realm checks out, we are witnessing the aftermath of 18 booster shots. Brain scrambled, blood clotting and on knees waiting for the next government order.
Rogues, and hunters have been abusing a bug that glitches your ui and will even reset your focus target.
They tie feign death etc to smeld and spam it and it bugs your ui
It is bannable if you report them.
I report them every single time I encounter it
Feign, meld, and vanish always reset focus tho, no? I also never have that bug my UI; I just re-focus them. Are you using some addon?
Not if your focus target isnât the one using it.
If the focus target is rdruid and Iâm on the rogue and the rogue vanished it doesnât reset my focus which is the druid
In the case of this bug you actually drop target and your focus target resets.
The rogue or hunter can literally be right in front of you and you will drop target multiple times.

Naw but I keep a list of names and almost all of the ones I reported have name changed or been banned.
I do the same for shami botters 
what are shami botters?
Ive never seen this happen, what UI addon are you using?
