Tried to join a group for Ishak of the Four Winds, a rare that drops a mount in Uldum, but I was in a different phase. I was not in War Mode and the group was listed as such. Also, why can’t I see the portals to the dungeon or raid?
edit: I should say that this is an alt as I’ve done the dailies on my main. Most NPC’s wouldn’t spawn and I had to exit out completely to get it to the proper phase.
