Weird Little Boxes on My Screen Showing Up

I’m have a strange graphical issue where these tiny semi invisible boxes are EVERYWHERE on the screen, it ONLY happens in WoW and happens on all settings, Ultra or not, I’m super confused why it’s happening and it wasn’t previously.

Does anyone know a fix for this?
(I tried posting on Support forums but haven’t gotten any replies)

Try disabling all your addons. If the problem goes away, then narrow down which add-on is causing it (enable/disable half remaining, does the problem return? repeat on another half).

Didn’t work, I updated and disabled them all.

EDIT: SOOOOO apparently it was because somehow my resolution auto changed to below 100% Anyhow, it’s fixed now!
(Just changed my resolution back to 100% in-game)
