Weird debuff

I ran around to do all the WQ, WB included, did the weeklies…etc…herbalism quests, and now I have this weird debuff on my toon

it’s strange, because there is no actual icon showing WHAT debuff I have, but these 3 things are happening

  1. movement slowed way down
  2. glowing head to foot
  3. wind like swirls around me w/ lightning like stuff

any clues? I cannot figure out how to get rid of it

Sounds like one of those weird gathering debuffs we get sometimes.

really? well this is a 1st…but its strange no icons anywhere to show what it is or anything. My health is not changing at all…and I wouldnt care, but my movement is slowed, and as a BDK, I am already the slowest thing in game, I cannot afford to be slowed further lol.
