When I click the Forums link from the battle.net desktop app, I get a strange page asking for a two-step authentication that asks me to input a code from an app. I don’t know what app its even referring to.
Also, the panes the things are in seem to be set up wrong and cut-off. I can click “Log in with Blizzard” in the rightmost pane and still get to the Forums, but its very strange.
Clear cookies, restart computer and modem.
I clear cookies on every quit of the browser. That doesn’t help.
I restart my computer at least once a day. That doesn’t help.
Modems. Are those still a thing? I think they are built into the computer if they are even around, so rebooting the computer would reboot the modem.
Regardless, why would a modem affect a webpage?
Modem is what connects computer to internet, it doesn’t have to be dialup. Cable box, DSL box, fiber box, many things. If you’re connected via wifi and the wifi router is in your home, that should be rebooted
I encountered the same thing today. Very odd page. I don’t have an app either.
