As stated in title, I’ve completed “weight of duty” questline on two separate characters. It still hasnt provided progress for sojourner of hallowfall. When i complete the questline it gives the achievement “Remember Me, Earthen” which is part of Sojourner of Isle of Dorn. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue.

I’m having the exact same problem and glad to see I’m not the only one… however sad that nobody else has come up with a solution.
I am in the middle pursuing my Soujourner achievements.
I can confirm that Mourning Rise AchievementID 40307, CriteriaID 68162 shows completed in Allied Races: Earthen which is the quest chain required for Sojourner of Hallowfall.
I cannot complete Sojourner either having done this quest.
Trying this as well now it’s not working for me. Not sure why it’s not working and what to do, have completed it on roughly 4-5 different characters so far.
