Every week we’ve had a quest where you got to choose one of the factions and get a 1500 rep point token. Is it missing this week or did I gloss over it?

It looks like a bug. Biergoth is supposed to give the quest.
the quest didnt reset been a known issue but blizzard doesnt want to fix it
Be ready for quets to NOT reset next week as well esp during the event, people are going to lose out on soo much stuff bc quests are NOT going to reset correctly
We have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue

this is not the same issue as the weekly quests not resetting. For that issue, some people simply would not get new weekly quests after reset.
The weekly quests have reset, but this particular one is not giving the rep rewards because it thinks we already did it from earlier in the season.
All the other weeklies have reset and are working as expected, at least for my char.

Ya, this is the problem I am having.
its still a WEEKLY quest so yes it is same thing, also hasnt reset for many people
People have been losing out on a lot of rep bc this quest has NOT reset correctly, many times now
Yes it is a weekly quest, no it is not the same issue. It is definitely an issue that is broken and needs to be fixed, but it is not the same as the issue you linked.
In this case, the weekly quest reset, but it was to a quest we already did earlier in the expansion and it didnt reset our eligibility to earn rep rewards from it again.
how is it NOT the same issue when it has not reset and hasnt reset in months for people?
Some people had NO weekly resets for MONTHS some have not have the rep reset only for months…Weekly reset is weekly reset no matter how you look at it if 1 quest did NOT reset like it should of each week its still the same issue as other quests not reseting for months
Because it’s not happening to this player, so it’s not the same thing.

I guess since he thinks its just 1 quest not resetting its not the same thing as the other quests not resetting which has been a issue for 2 months now
My friend has not had the rep reset now for a month other friend is going on 2 months

They forgot to flag this quest as repeatable
I just turned in my weekly dungeon quest and didn’t any rep. No options were available to pick. I hope theres a way to get that rep i missed since blizz messed up
Nope there isnt and wont be this bug been around going on 3 months now
That’s surprising. Could you link where they’ve stated this?
Blizzard reply: “Listen, we heard your complaints and acknowledge there is an issue, BUT we must first nerf the dungeons and raids so that the minority of the population will continue to complain about how hard something is. We will fix the community wide issues when literally feel like it, but until then, the game must look awesome on all the stream channels”
