There was over 250 people trying to loot the same crate that only one person could loot at a time. Some people would just not loot it to grief. This needs a fix.

He said people are griefing it (by keeping the loot window open). The issue isn’t patience for the 250 people, the issue is with the 1 griefing.
Also if to your point, he waits 15minutes with a disguise from Inquisitor than he can no longer do the quest.
I don’t see why you wouldn’t be in favor of the quest just give a crate quest item unless you’re a griefer. Would be a beneficial change. There’s no need for there to be an item right beside that you click when the quest could just give you the item. I can’t imagine it’d that hard to change.
