Delves: Worldwide Research and The Call of the Worldsoul seem to be random as to whether or not they show up on my characters. I’ve had two characters not have the quests available for four weeks in a row now, and others still getting them weekly. Are these supposed to be weekly quests or are they one-time quests??
They are not weekly in the traditional sense. There are three “weekly” quests in Dornogal that rotate on a cycle. Worldsoul, Delves, and Titan Artifacts.
Each quest is up for three weeks, until it rotates around again. So a character has three weeks to pick it up and do it basically.
This is why some characters only see one quest, and others can pick up multiple. If you skipped a week or two, that character would essentially be able to catch up and do the missing ones.
It is not explained in game at all and is very different from how the weekly quests used to work, so this confusion props up all the time.
