Same issue here and its my main. Iām going to get behind if this isnt fixed! I bought the Epic pack so i could keep up with guildies and now its as if I had basic cause i lost a week of crucial keys and ways to get gear. I cant go through this again on an alt, Iād unsubscribe.

Same problem for me, also on my main.
Theater troupe, awakening the machine, and profession quests have not reset. Caches from the other weeklies (e.g. choice quest, dungeon quest) gave me no gear or coffer keys.
I agree 100%. I would imagine next week things should reset. if not add me to the canceling my account. As a min maxer Iām pissed :X
I continue to have the same problem and have seen others who are already on their second week of being locked out.
I got a GM response that was just a link to a wowhead quest guide.

This is the ticket response I just got from a GM after having a ticket in for 3 days!

Are you kidding me!!! this is scary that you have GMās that are this unaware of this issue when you have forum posts with hundreds of people having the same problem! I wrote back and told them that this is not an acceptable response.
GMs cover all Blizzard games, with apparently uneven understanding of the properties they support.
Perhaps that GM is a complete whiz with Overwatch 2.
