The TW weekly keeps dropping from several of my characters. After multiple dungeon runs the quest resets and or drops. After four runs I’m still 0/5 on two characters, but managed to finish it on another.
Edit: getting quest progression on an alt. Only difference is that I picked up the quest from the questgiver, and not with the popup?
