Weekly profession quests

You know how there are quests for the crafting professions - tailoring, blacksmith, etc.

Are there ones for the gathering professions such as skinning, mining and herbalism?

There is at the profession trainer. At least there is one for herbalism at the herbalist trainer’s house.

yes, but some of them are terrible to do, like the mining quests with one that requires several of an item that literally sells for like 5000g atm.

Thanks all. I’d been paying so much attention to the crafting side, I hadn’t even looked at the gathering trainers once I learned the proff. (: Teaches me to pay more attention.

Which is annoying as they give Artisans Acuity it seems.

its no different from the patron orders for blacksmithing wanting 6 sanctified alloy per order ( 3 profaned tinderboxes). just be glad its only asking for null stones once a week

and they reward you with 73 gold and a few measly profession points

And some Artisans Acuity which I would love to be able to share across my Warband, please Blizz.

Would be nice if they gave Artisans Acuity as well as professional points.
