Got another bracer in my weekly cache. And I’ve seen posts of people getting bracers every week. This begs the question: Is the algorithm for the weekly loot not based on a roll of each equipment slot then each piece of gear available for said equipment slot? Or is it each piece of gear available and are there a ridiculously higher amount of bracer pieces compared to weapons?
See for me it was belts, but this week I got semi lucky, got fist-wep from Underrot. Sadly bad corruption but hey at least I can cleanse it. It all comes down to unfortunate luck and rng.

This is why the change announced for SL Weekly chest will be nice, the more content you do you get more choices from your chest , the system they have now is terrible, getting things you don’t need over and over sucks.

I think it was 2 sets of pants this week… but on the plus side I got one of the corruptions i wanted. just need to get it in some other slots too. I should probably get working on the cloak for my other 120s. 
got belt with mastery and nothing useful, eh. Whatever. I’ve done heroic raid, not going to bother with mythic so i guess i don’t even need better gear at this point
This is one of the main reasons I stopped caring about keys. Got the same gear every week. My case it was waists/belts.

So far I’ve gotten trinkets, a gladiator upgrade token (that I could use on my trinket), and a couple of rings.
That said, one of the rings I got yesterday was actually an upgrade once I cleansed off the useless “6% haste from all sources” Corruption.
Between my two characters I think I’m up to 8 sets of bracers so far.
its still the same rng there are just 6 items in the chest you still dont know the stats of or which items.
x6 the rng.
This is why there shouldn’t even be a weekly chest.

The box is the biggest RNG joke ever put in the game. If you have a specific corruption you’re after, you have about a 5% chance(19 unique corruptions with 3 tiers each) it it showing up. Then getting rank 3 of the one you want?..About a 1.7% chance. Now toss on to that the chance of getting it on a slot that won’t require you to remove or cleanse your other corruption…I don’t want to keep doing the napkin math but you have about the same chance of getting the Ashes of Alar or Invincibles Reins to drop…

Pretty sure it’s just a random roll for all usable pieces by your class from the M+ loot table (which is huge). Don’t think it’s any more complex than that.

I got a 475 trinket so no corruption it even had a socket! Then I realised I my 430 still kicked it’s butt with no socket, felt pretty trash.
I’ve been more lucky this season than in season 2 which was the last time I played. So far I’ve gotten an upgrade each week until this week. My tier 3infinite stars 465 belt with a socket and ideal secondaries has been the highlight and unless they nerf infinite stars even worse I will probably not have to replace it at all
