FYI You need to get to at least 50 skill for some of them. You can do this just by making the trainer recipes.
Skill levels are 62, 72, and 100.
I’ve not gotten any weekly quests from the crafting trainers in Val, or the weekly crafting quest form Artisan’s Consortium. Can’t figure out what I’ve missed.

Sorry I have no explanation for that, at least nothing is coming to mind. And I’ve done this on 13 characters now.
