Weekly class tuning.. lol

Well in the last 2 weekly hotfixes they’ve only touched on 5 specs total. 90% of those changes had no impact.

For example.

Hunter

• Steady Shot damage increased to 75% weapon damage (was 60%).
• Rune of the Trapper icon should no longer be a question mark.

This is completely useless.
