So after todays reset I got my first weekly cache and it’s supposed to give a piece of veteran gear for the first two and a coffer key from your first 4 for the week and I didn’t get either. Also the weekly work order quest isn’t available yet the weekly gathering one is. What is going on? Anyone else experiencing this?

Didn’t meant to post on my 60 DM so please don’t think thats the character I’m having the issues on. I’m on my 80 Hunter.
Try the following:
Exit game, delete cache folder, restart Bnet and try again.
If it’s still not working, the only thing we can do is bug report it and wait a day or two to see if it’s fixed.

Okay I did that and it fixed the weekly work order quest but now I’ve wasted a weekly cache.
Yeah, that happened to me once and I was pretty ticked. I’m sorry.

Yeah, a few weekly things don’t automatically reset and you have to relog in order for them to update properly. Blizz usually hides this with weekly maintenance covering reset time, which forces players to be offline anyway. Same thing happened last week since maintenance ended before reset time then as well.
Regardless reset should have happened at 10am CST (my local timezone) and I got the cache like 10 minutes ago so it was well after the “hidden mintenance”

You read what I said, right? Reset happened, but some things require you to be offline in order to update. If you were online before reset and kept playing after reset, you never went offline for these things to update. I’m not saying that’s how things should be, I’m saying that’s how they are.
They most likely can’t do anything as it’s a bug and they’ll first send a template response to check Wowhead and then tell you to post in Bug Reports. But good luck!
I wasn’t online. 10am CST is when reset happened, it’s 10:56am CST and I looted the chest 10 minutes ago at the time of the post which puts the post made at 10:40ish and looted cache at 10:30ish, you didnt read what I said.
My weekly dungeon quest is telling me I already completed it, so if I do Darkflame Cleft I get a choice between crystals and kej instead of a choice in renown.
I just logged in for the first time since reset, relogged, cleared cache, etc and still bugged.
This is getting pretty old at this point

This has happened to me last week.
You will lose all keys from the weekly quests, and all reputation gains for the week.
It will be like you never had a reset this week.
The weekly brawl quest, for example, wont work. It will say you already completed it.
There is a giant topic on the bug section and it happens to a lot of people. It’s by far the worst bug i’ve seen in this game in a long time
Fortunately if you only did the one weekly, there’s still enough other weekly caches that you’ll still get the 4 keys and 2 pieces of gear.

If what happened to him is the same that happened to me, they’re lost.
In my case, I couldn’t see the blue ! quest above the theather trope, for example. That’s how I discovered something was wrong, and later realized the entire weekly reset didnt happen.
The weekly profession quest isn’t up yet. Haven’t got a tier set upgrade charge yet.
Seems like there’s a bunch of things that are resetting an hour later and if you get things done in the hour between when the normal reset happens and the hours when a secondary secret reset happens, well too bad
I didnt even notice yet but yeah no Call of the Worldsoul quest was available either
Well I meant that as in the steps Sendryn suggested having fixed the issue like his other weekly quest. If not, then yeah that sucks.

That part did yeah. I’ve been burnt on that before so thats why I always wait till 10-20 minutes after the maintenance is supposed to end before logging in, regardless if it ends early
