As per the title, I just did my first weekly cache, a Pinnacle Cache btw, and it didn’t give me a Restored Coffer Key.
Contents:
125 Guild Rep
50 Valorstones
15 Carved Harbinger Crest
900 Resonance Crystals
450 Kej
That’s it, no Restored Coffer Key.
Caches did not give me keys or veteran gear. I have put in tickets, no help so far.
This is a bug that blizzard keeps ignoring for some reason
I’m going to report this in game as well.
Blizzard has known about this for more than 2 weeks now. It appears to have something to do with the weekly quests not being reset. Some have now been cheated out of several weeks of content and have even begun to unsub, which is what I’ll be doing tonight, as there is zero reason to keep paying for standing around in game.
not to mention for some of us who paid for the epic expac. EPIC FAIL. I didnt plan on raid logging so early in the season. The ONLY place i can hope to get gear.

My current conspiracy theory is that a) it only happens right after a server reset so they’re not able to replicate the results and/or b) they are convinced that a random mafia of people are trying to swindle their way into an extra week worth of stuff because it doesn’t affect everyone (or even every character).
I didnt get any on my main for doing any of the weeklys, did support ever get back to you
