I put all that time/effort into getting and doing a 19 key a couple weeks ago, so I had a 15 key this past week.

Rank 3 infinite stars pants from my monk’s pvp chest. He’s a healer alt who had no plans to grind out the cloak levels. 75 corruption fml…

Horrific Visions are just like Ascendant Challenges from Destiny 2, which coincidentally was also under Activision’s control at that time.
Got 475 T3 Mastery Proc boots for my HPal and a 460 Trophy from my PvP chest.

460 Merektha’s Fang… for a protection paladin… my eye of Rezan 430 give more benefits than this trash…
and I still don’t have decent corrupted items after 3 weeks…
ilevel 470 Balefire Branch trinket from Mythic+ chest this week. It’s a sidegrade to the two 460 raid trinkets I got last week.
Really sucks that trinkets can’t corruptionforge. So far the only corruptionforged gear I have is still just the starter bracers. I feel really handicapped.
The only redemption for my off hand is that it had a socket. 400 vers on chance on taking damage got turned into -5 mementos real quick.
Honestly though, they should have just made trinkets corrupt or removed them from the end of week box. Like 6 people in my guild got trinkets. Our HPriest needed ANY corruption effect to maintain the azerite trait from the raid and got a trinket from box.
75 corruption? Ouch. That hurts.
I tried them on for kicks and went and poked a target dummy. It took about 60 seconds to realise how quickly I would kill myself if I kept them on. 
Normally 75 corruption is for weapons but yeah that is high for a non weapon gear piece. 
According to bloodmallet (not sure how accurate it is officially) it has the Balefire Branch as the second BiS trinket for Arcane mage as you logged out as arcane so assuming that is your main spec. So I am not sure how that was a side grade from 2 460 tinkets. Fire has it listed as the 5th best.
My main got a crit proc corrupted weapon and from the pvp chest an offhand Corrupted with that tentacle… nice? 
But my lowest, newest alt- who keeps getting all the cool ones got infinite star ring. Of course. I think the rng gods want me to switch to main my baby lock.
Simmed the trinket and it is an 848 dps upgrade over my previous trinket combo.
So it’s an upgrade… but not a big one. Getting a piece of gear with a decent corruptionforge would have been a much bigger ugprade.
However, in the long-run having a nice activated trinket could be valuable. So this isn’t totally worthless. Plus, for dungeon runs I like running with very high mastery so I don’t have to sit and drink as often.
I guess the bottom line is yes I didn’t get the 470 socketed staff with level 3 Infinite Stars that I wanted out of my chest … but it could have been much worse.
It’s only the first week though. This means I have more to look forward to next week.

I got a pvp chest trinket called Corrupted Gladiators Spite. It looks like it could be fun.
