Okay so, I tried to submitting a ticket in game but I just keep getting redirected to a page where there are 0 solutions, when I say 0 I mean the options don’t even populate.
Somehow this is still an issue after weeks of players having to deal with it. My weekly quests have not fully reset.
I can:
-Acquire weekly pve quests
-Acquire weekly pvp quests
-Acquire half a spark
-Acquire pve item transmute
-Aquire Azj-Kahet quest
-Aquire Vault
I can’t:
-Acquire profession knowledge (Herb/Alchemy)
-Acquire Coffer keys
-Acquire Awakened machine quest
-Acquire gear from weekly chest events
Im sure there are some more issues that i haven’t come across yet but I’ve already completed several quests/chests where I would obtain a coffer key or loot and alas nothing. My question is simply this, what does blizzard plan to do about this issue, my character is missing things it should have as a result of a faulty/broken system. Most of the stuff doesn’t really bother me all that much, the piece that I’m most irate about is the profession knowledge and missing out on reputation.
Is there quite literally nothing that can be done, and its just a big “Throw your hands up in the air” kind of deal? I mean weekly resets functioning properly are a fairly integral part of the game…
