Yesterday, I killed heroic Ragnaros on my shaman Immortus but no matter how times I refresh my account the kill doesn’t show up on the website: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/korialstrasz/immortus/pve/raids
The site still shows Heroic Firelands at 6/7 and I confirmed that the achievement “Heroic: Ragnaros” is visible: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/korialstrasz/immortus/achievements/dungeons-raids/cataclysm-raid

Heroic Ragnaros is still not showing on my profile on the WoW website. Is this a known bug/issue or do I have to run it again and see if it shows up this time?

Apologies for the frustration considering this issue. This is a known issue where the tracking for some raids becomes disconnected when a raid is upgraded to support Timewalking. While this is on our radar we do no currently have any other information to share at this time. Thank you for reporting the issue.
