Website for Gear Upgrade Path & %dps increase

Hi all,

I left the game for about 7 years however back then there used to be a website that you could track your next gear upgrade based on your class / spec etc and provide a link to wowhead so you could find out how to get that item.

So for example trinkets, it would list every trinket in game that you could use and have like a bar graph on the side to show you how much of a (theoretical) dps increase each trinket provided you. It would include quest gear, heroics all the way to raid gear and BiS

The graphs were based on item slots and would list at least 10-15 alternative gear pieces, each with a score rating on the side…

Anyone know what this website was? is it still active?

If its not - is there any website / theory crafting tool that allows for this - I’ve looked at wowhead and icy veins but its not what I’m looking for.

BiS doesn’t really exist anymore.

Bloodmallet is kind of like what you are describing.

I believe you’re thinking of wowheroes and no it doesn’t exist any longer. The closest thing to it would be askmrrobot which will tell you the best combination of gear you’re wearing, in your bank/bags would be. It is more for a casual player.

Have you tried playing the game again and then maybe you’d realize…that website wouldn’t be possible M+ having high ilvl, raid high ilvl, pvp high ilvl…Perhaps just…play the game? Then ask questions after that once you understand how the current game even works

The Raidbots Droptimizer allows you to select your character and then what content you enjoy doing, and it’ll tell you all the pieces and how much of an upgrade they are.
