Weathered Mysterious Satchel not opening

I received a Weathered Mysterious Satchel the other day and right-clicking causes the icon to go gray. The object also cannot be moved from its position in my bag (Large Green Bag). I submitted a ticket and the GM response was to “do a full UI reset.”

A full UI reset was accomplished per BattleNet page “Resetting the WoW User Interface”. The problem still exists so I was asked to submit a bug report.

Note: Although my character Wyot is showing, this occurred on Katinna-Uldaman.

I’ve sometimes had this happen but relog has always fixed it. It’s not a Ui problem per-se - the game client locks the container waiting to receive its contents but something goes wrong and so it doesn’t unlock in that game session.

I was finally able to move the icon. As long as I didn’t right-click it, it stayed movable.

I ended up just dragging it out of my bag and deleting.
