Weapons on Conquest is 0/2500 post faction change

I completed a recent faction change on my character Axiomqt and the Faction change removed all progress from the [Weapons of Conquest] Quest for the week. My character is capped but my progress has been removed. Is there anyway at all to restore this? I will be WEEKS behind every other player because of this.

i posted a bug as well, hopefully its fixed by start of week 3 when the quest naturally completes this is ridiculous
