Big oops. So I was so excited to play when season 1 started, that I didnt see the little yellow quest called “weapons of conquest” until i was already almost capped on week one… I am now going to be almost 3 weeks behind schedule based on the weekly conquest limits towards 2500.
Can this quest operate like it starts, season totals for conquest? Here we are half way into week two of s1, and i’m worried I’ve doomed this character already in regards to getting the week 3 weapon.
Is there any blue post or updates on making this quest work on season total earned?
Lots of people messed up gearing due to crafting confusion and whatnot. Wouldn’t sweat it that much. Early season is mostly for messing around.
That being said it is weird it isn’t an auto accepted quest.

Agreed that it’s dumb how it was implemented, but doing it any other way would set a precedent for similar quests and scenarios. Unfortunately i think it is working as intended.
Wait how did you miss it? The conquest vendor gave the quest
Because generally you need conquest points first before going to the conquest vendor… “How did you miss this?” is kind of an idiotic question

Yeah leveling in war mode is bad idea too, the war supply crates give conquest and will put you behind since the quest for 2500 conquest is level 80. Dumb design needs to be hotfixed to track season conquest, not movement of conquest after picking up quest, literally one of my alts is 1600 cconquest capped, but quest is stuck at 1325, so stupid it hurts.

This really should have been an auto accept and I REALLY hope a hotfix goes through this weekend to make it retroactive.

It’s a quest not a dedicated system or feature
What they should have done was made it an achievement or something.
Weird, I went there to pick up my weeklies and saw the quest 
maybe my eyesight is just better idk
I logged out in the pvp zone and there was a massive battle going on with tons of bounties, got half my conquest cap before actually going to the city because of how fun and chaotic it was
if you gonna use embelishment might aswell just craft a weapon
