My Balance spec never gets a weapon to drop from the world quest weapons caches for doing four world quests. For the last five drops I have received the exact same item, an offhand (all the same). How does an Alt get a decent weapon for their class and spec if the RNG system seems to be stuck on one item. I would even take a 2-hander for that spec. Perhaps an option to select either a Main-hand or an Offhand chest would help if there are no 2-handed weapons slotted for that spec. If anyone else has this issue I would like to know if I am the only one with this issue.

I always get mainhand. It sucks.
You can get a 440 main spec main hand/2H from PvP conquest cap for the week. IIRC the first one is always a wep.
