I was under the impression that you could not train weapon skills until level 10. On the stress test, as a dwarf hunter, I went to Stormwind at level 9 and trained 2h swords. Does anyone have any clarification on this?

DW us the only level 10 skill as far as i know

polearms require level 20 and cost 1g
All the rest are level 1…10s

DW is a spell you learn at your class trainer.

That I don’t remember…but it’s an even level. That’s when I end up with no money left. Might be different for different classes…hunter, rogue, warrior.

Rogues dw at 10 and i think warriors dw at 20

If one has the price it’s available for most things by the time you can buy it.

Dwarf warrior had a 2h sword white but lot of damage over what he had, like 20 points higher.

he rode tram to SW at level 5 and had to farm mobs and about level 7 he had the silver he needed and bought the training.

I am playing priest again, and the white wands in SW I can use at level 10 (think gloom wand?) and not sure if I"ll have the silver to buy that, but /oom is for real as a priest and the 5 second rule lets me at least sort of dps if I"m oom with a wand. it’s a level 10 item.

Enchanting…you can make a level 5 wand and a level 15 wand later on.

The level 5 flies off the AH as soon as you put them up during early leveling weeks. Mages, warlocks, priests all want their wands :slight_smile:

oH I know that, but I haven’t seen enough cloth to make greens to de, and not one single green drop so mats pretty out of reach since ya have to have level 10 enchanting to make those wands.

They will be a good money maker a month or so in for those leveling low toons wanting green cloth stuff and wands like that, but hopefully I"ll have wand drops from instances by the time I can make them for myself.

check the enchanting vendors…they sell the mats to make that level 5 wand.
limited supply though. At least enough to make one for yourself before selling others.

10 is for rogues 20 for the rest warrior and hunters.

DW is level 20 for both hunter and warrior yes. 10 for rogue.

For Rogues at least yes. Can’t remember the others.

its one weapon til lvl10 for Rogues 100%.
