Weapon Swap Macros

Posting to help fellow warriors.

two Macros:

  1. Performs a Taunt, switches stance to Defensive Stance and Equip Sword and Board (can use as normal Taunt button), Modifier Press to perform Challenging Shout:

/cast [stance:1/3] Defensive Stance
/cast [stance:2,mod] Challenging Shout; Taunt
/equipslot [noequipped:shields] 16 [insert 1hander weapon name]
/equipslot [noequipped:shields] 17 [insert Shield Name]

  1. Switch to Battle Stance, Modifier Press to Equip 2hand Weapon, second press to Over Power.

/cast [stance:2/3] Battle Stance; Overpower
/equipslot [equipped:shields,mod] 16 [insert 2hand weapon name]

Update the macro with your preferred weapons and shield.

The macro itself is fine but I suggest that you exclude the weapon swap from the macro and simply create a separate macro/keybind to preform a weapon swap because there might be times that you do not wish to incur a GCD from a weapon swap.

Also I suggest a mouseover macro for Overpower, Rend, SA, Taunt and Execute.
