My alt character, a Warlock Demonology currently has a Kinetic Pillar Of the Isles Weapon; It is staff level 476, from season 3, with a 1,577 -2930 damage range, and has 625.8 damage per second. I have not found anything I can craft or that drops that comes close to these high level stats. Not even a level 502 staff comes close to these stats, Can you give me any suggestions on what to replace it with ?
For starters, that is a agility weapon, which doesn’t help your caster warlock at all.
You should be looking for an intellect weapon such as.

you know on a caster the dps is not important as you are casting spells and not using the staff to hit things. The important part of the stats are the main stat intelligence, and then the secondary stats that are best for your spec like, haste, crit, and mastery.
