WTF Can’t us Hunters use our illusions on or guns and bows???
this is the stupidest thing ever!!! thats all we have unless we have to play a horrible SV Hunter which as a BM I will never do!!!

If you want to use illusions on ranged weapons thats one thing but you don’t have to bash SV to make that request.

So ya… I also play a hunter and I do agree that we should have illusions on bows. I think it would look wicked with some bows … I would personally be super happy if they did. Why you hating on this guy… Mages are allowed to put illusions on the tips of their staves lol it’s allowed on polearms… And everyother weapon. I would love and call on a dev to give me an answer to why not??? Why can’t this ONLY weapon not be allowed to have an illusion on bows??? Let’s go DeVs gimme an answer for the hunter community! I dare you to

Back in MoP hunters could enchant their bow with the glorious tyranny pvp enchant it was great. Not sure why they eliminated this in future expansions.

It was also possible to apply illusions to some bows/crossbows in wod due to a somewhat unintended bug but they hotfixed it so the method no longer works.
Blizz can barely get their 9 month long patch out b4 the next xpac was scheduled to hit. What makes you think they would be able to give us a very simple and rewarding ranged weapon glows n stuff.
Honestly, I think it is bc there is some coding or something required to make it work and blizz is to cheap, lazy, and under staffed to get it done. It took them how many years to fix the monk bug and months to fix the wild spirits bug with SS?
I rly wish we could receive them but hope would be better placed elsewhere.
Cause on the PTR you can already transmog shoulders separately, i would think that Bow and gun illusions aren’t too far off.

I saw a horde in a bg with an illusion like a month ago. I was going to ask his method, but I forgot
Since wod some crossbows show their enchantments, the last one that i was aware of was the shiver venom crossbow from eternal palace, since then im not sure what other ones also show it.
Only the best hunter spec gets illusions MUAHAHAHA! For real though, having the illusion on the arrows/bullets fired would be really cool.

Blizz can’t even dedicate the time to tune mm/bm as well as implement a subpar legendary bow at the time. What makes you think they can manage illusions lmfao.

It would be great if I could apply the Flames of Ragnaros illusion to my bow – ofc. it would be great if I could get that illusion to drop (in the first place). Maybe both things will happen this year.
