Both the lightning effect and shadowflame effect were PvP illusions already, lol. PvErs got a few that were ok, like the primal fire one.
Yes, I know, but that doesn’t change my opinion in the slightest. I still think they should have offered weapon effects of those types that could have been obtained through killing the last boss of the tier. They could be a different lightning and shadowflame effect than the pvp ones, but still a lightning and shadowfame effect

Didn’t we get a bunch of them for not doing anything? Like Primal Fire, Primal Frost, Primal Air, Primal 
and Primal Mastery? Last expansion we just got them from doing renown stuff and before that they just dropped off of bosses or were retroactively added to the boss drops.
Just become a Glad? 
Weapon illusions should be the 3k io reward to bridge the gap between ksm/portals and title. I’d probably push past 2.7k if there was a reason to.

Per season if we are good enough… I get rocked every season attempting to get better but it never pans out.

There’s a new obtainable pve weapon illusion in the MoP Remix coming out called Sha Corruption for completing the Dread Wastes achievements.

How about no lol. Just give PvE an illusion that goes on your cloak that gives some sort of swirl effect around your character or something. Not every reward has to be the exact same across the board.
Pvp has more rewards because it’s harder
Pvp doesn’t have more rewards just a monopoly on illusions. Illusions basically none of the player base wants to slog through bad pvp to get. It’s a design flaw.

Okay, you aren’t entitled to the illusions lol. If you’re bad at PvP and want the illusions, then get better and get them as they come out. If not, then don’t complain about a problem that you can fix

I was actually looking at the Shadowflame illusion for Fyr’alath when I finally got it crafted only to be disappointment it was a Dragonflight Season 2 Gladiator’s appearance, which is a real shame because it makes Fyr’alath look A M A Z I N G .

If blizzard wants PvP to succeed they need to implement a renown track system like plunderstorm for the PvP ladder rewards. Every season less and less people participate because a handful of r1 players control the entire 2.1-3k ladder
