What is the best way to test the proc rate of weapon enchants?
I tried spamming heals on the training dummies in Val but the enchants never proc for me.
Any help please?

I don’t know, and I don’t have any healer set up with Dreaming Devotion.
I did try with Sophic Devotion, and got 1 proc per minute in a 4-minute session.
Did you try casting any damage spells when you were testing?
I will try adding some damage spells.
I mainly want to see if a buff name appears when the enchant procs so i can make a tell me when icon telling me the buff is active. So if there is another way to get the buff name of the enchant when it procs that will also work for me.
