What is this right now. This needs to be fixed. The weapon grind is asinine. Make it so Blacksmithing is actually useful and can make something akin to benthic armor items where we can upgrade current weapons (I don’t care its a weekly CD item for only 5 ilvls either for the craftsman to make or the character using it) or make it so they can make weapons that aren’t lol ilvl 400 at this point.
I’m tired of running TD for nothing and burning coins AND getting shafted on the weekly chest.
I will still play your game even if I get decent weapons.
The trinket grind is worse.

410 weapons are available from a vendor in Alterac Valley.
Doing the first week of conquest of your character, which can be filled without stepping into a BG awards a 445 weapon.

Yea the entry level weapons are easy to get, but I’ve been stuck at 445 weapons for weeks now.
Edit: and with no way to fix the problem outside RNG
Do you Raid beyond Normal?
Do you M+ beyond 445?
Otherwise their understanding is you don’t need upgrades for now.
Not saying I agree, just how the logic of progression seems to be.

Yea, I do Wrathion on Heroic because I have no patience for the length of the current raid. I’ve done 15+ in M+. Also can do 5 mask runs. The problem is the RNG. If a MMO is supposed to be grindy I figured there’d be a grind to get the weapons upgraded.
Edit: Would not only make a profession outside alch/enchant relevant and make it so ppl can work towards upgrades.
Quick look at armory and io , you run 1 m+ a week alongside 1 wrathion kill/week in the last 2 weeks ??
I wouldnt say you grinded much to get a 460+ weapon yet …especially with how lucky you got on other slots but still complain because weapons arent dropping yet …
Sorry but can’t get behind this at all , if you at least had like 10 wrathion kills and still no weapon , sure would tho…(edit , 2 kills a week , 3 chances a week , 5 weeks total , now that would be BS rng)

Lmao I’ve run plenty of m+ at various levels and got jack. Also am bonus rolling and get nada. So what Running content for a month isn’t enough of a grind?
Why shouldn’t there be a prof way to grind items upwards? Sorry you feel I didn’t put in my pound of flesh lol
The last 2 weeks of m+ history says you didnt run more than 2 , so clearly this isnt a month of grinding at all . Each prof has a 475 piece it can make . 480 for engineers …
Heck you got some pretty nice drops from that month … just not weapons , you didnt get nada at all … be real .
