Blizzard, weapon choice should be a given.
Windwalker Monk, able to use a 2hd weapon.
Frost DK, able to use a 2hd weapon.
Feral Druid, able to use a 2hd weapon.
Survival Hunter, able to loot a 2hd sword.
(I like to use 2hd sword on my survival hunter)
side note: Blacksmiths should be able to make a 300+ 2hd sword.

Thunderfury is a hunter weapon
I definitely remember using a 2hd Sword on my hunter alt, so don't worry about it. But why specifically would that worry you? The only time I melee'd was the odd wing clip, on any of the specs, to run out of my dead zone. Raptor strike never felt great, though I never specced toward it.
