Weapon access?

So i’m curious if theirs a good way to get weapons atm. 400’s will be a pretty reliable base for armor/rings/trinkets here within a week or so. but i still can’t seem to find a way to get reliable 400ish weapons. the 415 from the quest looked like a great addition if a bit too high. but 370 is so low it’s basically not even a weapon at this point. . . . i’d love a banthic weapon at least.

Just curious how outside m+'s and heroic raids atm i’m able to get a weapon (neither content is being done atm, or will be for a few days).

My guess is emmisaries, arent they capped at 400 now?

their 395. but it’s “weapon or armor”

Weapons are in dungeons and raids if you want something higher than the 395 from emissaries or 400 possible from Darkshore.

370s got handed out way back when the Arathi warfront first hit. In 8.2, that’s an awful item level.

the issue atm, is more that you’re sitting with 400’s armor for the next tier in prep for that tier. but weapons you don’t have a non hyper-rng aspect. . . the 395 emmisary isn’t even a 100% weapon. . . . .nobody will be doing raids or m+ for awhile, so theirs no real source to obtain them currently. . . . .

why isn’t there a benthic or mechagon weapon variant? not asking for the overkill 415 that the ptr had, but at least a 400ish that’s upgradeable

Dude I was trying to get my i lvl up to bump the 390 emissary wep to 395. And would you have it the darn power goes out for 24 hours and when it comes back on the internet goes out and has been out for the past day and a half so I guess I’m sticking with my 375 and 365 weps lmao :joy::joy::joy::joy:

the quest is still the emmisary weapon/armor atm. which for me was a 405 boots

Me either, i was stuck at 385 forever. FINALLY an emissary popped up for a 395 item, which got me this 400 polearm (warforged.)

I’d been doing the Darkshore 400 thing, everytime, but never got the weapon slot.

So just keep trying.

OH that was why I got a weapon, finally. I had no idea it was a “weapon emissary.” I just thought it was a 395 cache.

Alliance had a weapon emissary not three days ago. Everyone got a weapon up to ilevel 395. 100% guaranteed.

well guess it looks like playing alts isn’t a viable option atm then. not till mechagon is released and you can actually get a weapon.

guess i’ll go play ffxiv then. shadowbringers is just in a couple days. and at least there you have a weapon source up to relevant content. . . . takes a bit of grinding, but it’s accessable. Since clearly blizzard has no intent to make weapons obtainable outside absolute rng
