Idk if others have experienced this same issue, Periodically ill have weal and woe only stack up to 6/7 instead of 7/7 on a full cast of a Harsh proc, Even when i look back at the Combat Log it shows 7 penance bolts were casted but only 6 of the 7 would register on the Weal and Woe Buff stack itself
Are you queueing the PW:S?
I think weal and woe only stacks when damage actually happens from the penance. So if you’re PW:Sing before the final bolt hits, I could see this happening.
But haven’t personally seen it myself and haven’t used weal+woe for a long time so I’m not sure.
Nope I havent Done anything afterwards. just noticed ive only been getting 6 stacks instead of the full 7 when i cast penance, Like there will be times where i get 7 and then times where i only get 6
i would look at the combat log to make sure and it shows 7 bolts where casted but only 6 of the 7 were counted for the buff Its like the spell finished to fast before it could count the last bolt
Just found this out while practicing on a dummy. If you cast penance immediately after smite you will only get three stacks instead of 4. Blizz please fix.
Ahhh!!! so thats why it does that!!! i knew i wasnt going crazy!!!
I thought weal and woe effects smite and pws tho? Thats prob why.
