Weakaura that announces when an enemy mob casts an important spell

I was watching a streamer run a Necrotic Wake and every time an enemy used an important spell that needed to be stopped i.e. the frost mages volley or the harvester’s drain fluids a verbal announcement would go off announcing the start of the cast. I was looking for the weakaura or addon and couldn’t find the one I was looking for

you’re sure it wasnt DBM?

Yeah DBM does it if you have your interrupt up, but I think you have to be targeting the mob casting for the announcement.
