We should get RP-PVP with TBC - Anniversary Launch

Title;

Listen I don’t know why we weren’t afforded an answer from Blizzard regarding RP-PVP for Anniversary launch back in November but now is the time to make noise if we want to see it happen for TBC.

RP is a COOL server type, it encourages a certain kind of player to interact with the game more innately than straight PVP or PVE. Now, I understand the desire on Blizzard’s end to only host Mega servers - but counter argument: they suck lol, The open world is constantly over farmed, levelling going through Outland questing is going to be awful with as many players as we have on Dreamscythe + Nightslayer being consolidated into one zone and the aforementioned issues for gathering professions will simply be worse than they already are.

On top of the server type being missing being an issue from a player perspective in and of itself, it’s also just a mechanical issue innately. Azeroth was not built for this many people and it shows in the minute to minute gameplay when people engage with the open world and aren’t just raid logging, farming Fire Water is always painful, farming herbs is always painful, open world mining is so unviable the only place people do it is in Dire Maul, etc etc.

The servers may be large but they do not feel as alive as RP servers of the past felt and the broader community spirit is largely lost in the mass of people.
