We need uknown classic content

Imagine TBC raid difficulty but no known info on boss mechanics. Imagine all new dungeons but no known mechanics. All new gear so no known meta. This would revive the genre and bring back that true Vanilla/Chocolate experience. WoW Classic The First War?

They’d have three months of PTR, no way it’d be unknown. What is this runescape?

I don’t think the retail or classic community could ever play without knowing boss mechanics before an actual patch launch.

So you want the devs that make Retail to provide you with new content for classic expansions?

Does this make sense to you?

You already get “uknown” new content in retail.

"Players sorely want content without it being spoiled on the PTR or datamined before it even goes on the PTR cough Dragonflight Expansion cough "
-So you have a name but nothing else that Blizzard hasn’t leaked or revealed to you. Truth is you know practically nothing about it before it hits PTR or you actually play it. Btw, no one forces you to play a PTR or use guides on new content. You do that of your own free will.

It’s not far fetched really… The story feels like it changes too much at the start of Cata. They could get back to the story they had before the Cataclysm. They could use the dragon flight to take us to an alternate WoW to do this and make sense.

If only that was true.

Players sorely want content without it being spoiled on the PTR or datamined before it even goes on the PTR cough Dragonflight Expansion cough.

That was always part of the magic that came with MMORPG’s. But in general, PTR should not exist. Blizzard should be testing their own damn game but they cant because they’ve made it too complex to internally test.

It more than a name, it leaked the whole theme of the expansion. It shows how garbage Blizzard is at keeping the integrity in the company. Once its leaked, it gets thrown in front of peoples eyes whether you go looking for it or not.

N OMEGALUL.

That’s why we are getting a new expansion after shadowlands. New Content.

This is literally the last time I’ve ever seen garbage and integrity in the same sentence

thats some weird stuff your into lol

I tried this. All I can come up with is that most players would be waiting for some needs to come up with a meta that they’d follow.

Players don’t want challenging content. If they did, they wouldn’t be following metas.

What you said is kinda a** backwards.

The whole point of metas is to defeat content with as much efficiency as possible. If content was easy then metas wouldnt exist and the game would be boring.

Players do want challenging content, but they also want fun to be involved.

You’re

Because you’re basing logic to determine it’s fate.

You’re not making any sense.

I apologize for my logical posts for going over your head.

Lol “omegalul”? There is a community that likes the old format. Your statement makes sense if all the new content reverted back to classic/tbc classic format. That is why I suggested The First War. Older time plenty of lore to build around. They can keep pumping out cash shop expansions for players like you no one is asking blizz to stop making your stuff.

This is true.

Most players just want to chill and have some beers with the bois.
