The wait times for orders from the Blizzard Gear store have gotten ridiculous, back in April I ordered a TWW shirt, it’s now mid June and I have yet to receive my stuff or get any indication that it’s going to ship anytime soon. I reached out to the Gear Stores customer service last month to try to get an update but was given a hand wavy non-answer. They did offer a refund but I refused because I still want my stuff.
Blizzard, something has to be done.
I am consistently surprised that the gear store still exists every time I’m reminded of that fact.
If you want Warcraft merch I’d honestly buy it from Etsy or something lol

Yeah , Lets also rename it to cogwheel store so it aligns with the wow universe
I’d keep on them until they give you a reason why it’s delayed. You did, after all, already pay for the product. Could be a supply chain thing or maybe they simply ran out of stock and are waiting for new deliveries.
What else do you want done? They offered you a refund to fix your problem.
They don’t owe you an explanation.

Do people actually use the gear store? Their prices are sort of ridiculous; for example, $60 worth of crappy keycaps that are very uninspired. I can get cooler ones off Etsy for half the price. All Blizzard does with the WOW merch is slap the WOW logo depending on the expansion and slaps a price of $70

How else are you getting collectors editions
This forum topic demonstrates that people use it.
As I said in my post, I don’t want a refund, I want my stuff.
Wait, that wretched hive of scum and villainy still exists?
Etsy. I think some of their stuff is cool but a lot of it is so unoriginal. The only cool stuff they have in their shop is Diablo.
Then you’ll need to patiently wait.
I’m not denying they do, I am just surprised people are actually willing to buy from Blizzard. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of the stuff they have to offer is pretty damn cool; but the WOW merch they have is garbage. Their figurines are cool but it feels like the most neglected in terms of merch in their store.
