Plot twist:
Sylvanas was into Game of Thrones, and found Cersei really relatable.
To be fair, thereās a divergence between the undead-type weāre TOLD Sylvanas is in text, and the undead-type sheās portrayed as by the art team.
In writing, sheās supposed to make you think of a body that looks a bit more corpselike. But the art team took that description, threw it in the trash, and said, ānah, we shall draw her like a sexy vampire.ā
When in doubt, people default to the art teamās interpretation. (Which, given that this is a visual-oriented franchise, makes sense - who cares what some writer whose corpsy description was ignored said?)
Stockholm syndrome. He wants to bond with her more than anything else. Did you see that last in-game cinematic between them, where he admitted feeling terrible about his actions because he enjoyed it (doing stuff under the Jailer). Dude has Stockholm syndrome and a new being-mind-controlled-addiction.

Except for the last couple episodes, Dany and Sylvanas had similar ideas about what to do with a city.

You can believe the sky is red while youāre at it. At this point itās better to believe Tyrande publicly executed Slyvanus in Oribos and Anduin died in the Sepulcher of the First Ones than whatever the Fel just escaped your (lack thereof) brain.

how about we forget both of them have ever existed and move one. And in next expansion Anduin will return completely new character with zero traits of previous life. Less cringe.
I hope they keep looking for Nathanosā soul in the Maw for the rest of eternity.
And I really, really hope Nathanosā soul went the way of Arthas.

Sylvanas will be there decades at minimum, finding all the lost souls.
Anduin, assuming he isnāt killed, will be back older and wiser.
