This would help out the horde side on BOTH sides, it makes way too much sense to not do. Please blizzard listen for once.

They can open them multiple times, but it won’t help if no one takes them =(.
The only thing Blizzard has ever done to address faction imbalance is make all servers PvE and to add Warmode.
Is that what you want?

Faction imbalance is part of vanilla.

no, it was never this bad in vanilla. If so, then they should let people have paid transfers so they can go to the imbalanced server of their choice. I personally do not want to be on a majority horde server.
Then reroll a char on the server you want to be on. By the time they add transfers, youll be good to go on that char too.

no? lol. Not gonna reroll a 60 rogue because of a blizzard made problem.
You don’t. You roll a different class that you are interested in and then tranafer the rogue over when they finally open transfers.

oh, okay well sure but I planned on going hardcore with rogue on phase 2, and only having 1 main, and gearing this rogue to rank 14.
Sometimes plans have to change. Thats not a realistic goal on an unbalanced server until bgs come in phase 3. So, you have a long time of just sitting there on your current server, or you can play the alt for fun while waiting.

Actually it was exactly like this in vanilla. They never allowed one faction only transfers. They will never allow it.

Every single pvp server was either dominated by horde or alliance. Not one was balanced.
The moment blizzard started balancing the results have culminated into bfa.
So deal with the imbalance.

Its literally the same thing.
They balanced the classes/raciala/specs across the board. So that whay race you play makes no difference.
The attempted to balance the factions by balancing the class/race by allowing more races to be mord classes. They also added warmode which was anothet attempt to balance factions.
Please at least know what you are talking about.
