Although horde leadership is more a game of musical chairs than anything serious.
She’s a member of the Desolate Council.
and also the one who does represent the Forsaken on the Horde Council AFAIK.

They really should have used Dragonflight to do some Bronze flight timeywimey stuff and undid all of BFA/SL instead of doing the primalist story. As cliché as that trope is, it would still be better than BFA/SL.
Honestly for this type of Wallpaper I’m not sure you put Anduin on it at all. He hasn’t been an active Faction Leader for an entire expansion, going on 2 expansions now.
You’d be putting Turalyon and Danath Trollbane (for Stromgarde) on it, yeah?
