I heartily agree with the sentiment. That being said, I do believe that there is room for another tier for ToT and SoO, despite how pet-packed they are already. I was rather hoping for a fog beast pet that would drop from Durumu, or a mecha scorpion from Iron Juggernaut. Of course, they could release two tiers at once to make up for lost time.
