Necrolytes are practitioners of the Orcish religions. These binders of souls command the black powers that hold control over the earth. Linked into the dominions of the lower plains, Necrolytes have power over all things dark and evil, including the raising of fallen warriors to create armies of the undead. Through ceremonies performed at their temples, they learn to warp the essence of shadow to use for their advantage.
We have lore for the class it could be the first Orc only class, in a new line of single race classes.

While i disagree with drac only being evoker.
I really like the idea of more hero classes that only have 2 specs .
It would be a great way to deal with new hero classes or racial classes like Necrolytes
Think we will start getting into too much overlap if they go this route. They are pretty much warlocks who dabble in necromancy.

Normally I’d say no. But you have me so interested this idea. I would be down for this. Especially if Essence Binder and Soul Binder were specifically tied to the Shadowmoon type Orc and we were able to explore race based classes by Orc clan.
I’d create a Shadowmoon Clan Orc in a heartbeat.
(I could create a Mag’har Orc and roll a Warlock and pretend to be a Shadowmoon clan orc, but it’s not the same)

Sorry for long reply time.
As for the warlock, they are what warlocks evolved from. I was thinking they could summon void entities and undead that are temporary.
If they were to summon undead, they could have unholy lean more into diseases.
It is, actually. DH desperately need more race choices.
Also a necrolyte is just a DK.
They were indeed slaughtered by Doomhammer and guldan promised new and powerful soldiers to help fight the alliance, and became the first generation Death Knights (pretty sure).
Classes can have over lap as long as each class does whatever in a unique way.
I do plan on sitting down and trying to flesh out the idea.
Personally i hope when they open up all classes to all races that things like DH would stay elf only, and instead of calling it a hero class call it something like Iconic (cant think of a better name), and it would be a racial class.
