In the hopes (although not likely) that someone at Blizzard sees this, rogues need love in the glyph department. I thought of a couple!
Glyph of Knives - Fan of Knives animation uses your main hand and off hand weapons.
Glyph of Gore - Your attacks are more bloody (Similar to the warrior glyph)
Glyph of Poisoned Weapons - While your weapons have a poison on them, they drip with green poison and cause a green animation when you attack
Put your ideas here and maybe, just maybe someone at Blizz will see these and get some inspiration to give us some love.

Anything that dilutes the stupid pirate theme of outlaw is fine for me…
Replace the pistol with throwing knives or something please. ;_;

You can get the poison weapon effect by doing some simple quests in dalaran.

Glyph of RoguesCantHaveNiceThings: Applied to your weapons. Every time you attack, your opponent reflects the attack back at you with 150% effectiveness.

Yeah I was hoping for more of a poisioned look too when I finally got it. Would be rad if we could change the look of enchant effects to something soaked in poision to what it is now with just a bit of a drip. Just so that players can really fine tune their transmog. But I dont see that happening anytime soon sad to say.

I absolutely love the guns
I actually prefer the blunderbuss, but they could add a few glyphs to pistol shot and bte:
- As you suggested, just a knife throw (will look kinda awesome on fan the hammer procs)
- Survival uses a 1h crossbow, so it could be something like that
- A glyph to change the blunderbuss appearance
- Axe throwing!
other glyph suggestions:
Glyph of Blending in - for shroud, instead of just doing a vanish, you and your cloaked party members become NPCs based on the dungeon/raid context (so in Amirdrassil, you become a gang of Zaqali; in BRH you would become night elf ghosts) Kinda complicated, but I’m spitballing.
A couple for distract:
-
Glyph of firecracker: just set off a bunch of firecrackers in a spot, similar to the ones you could buy in Suramar
-
Glyph of Decoy: throw a decoy to entertain the patrol for the same amount of time. It could be something like a suspicious box (metal gear) or a cardboard stand in.
