Was taken for a reason. Literally sick of the idea of end game in WoW, made just to play and ignore tells from lower level people to join their rush through dungeons to get to end game to slog the same slog faster.

If you thought healers were hard to find this season, can’t wait to see everyones reactions when healers aren’t flocking to heal dungeons like Dawn of the Infinite, Everbloom, Waycrest Manor etc. Very important mechanics in many of these new season dungeons. Plus didn’t healers get nerfed further? Yeeeeeah… not sure they’ll all be flocking back, and if they do, you’ll probably only find them in guild premades.

The difference between the best geared and best skilled players and those of us who are average geared and average skilled is huge, but all the nerfing is based on the best players.
So those of us stuck in the middle dont do as well and therefore dont want to do the real end game content.
Even just the requirement to contribute a lot of DPS, I do try, but Im also focussing a lot on keeping people alive (because at the average level, other average players are also making mistakes which need to be allowed for).
As Disc I need to be doing DPS to be most effective, but if I have to be throwing out extra Shield and Renews and Flash Heals, etc, then that is time Im not Smiting or being able to use Penance for DPS rather than as a direct heal.

Oh phew, I’m good then. 
I hope healers, that it isn’t as bad as last season somehow. Really do. I quit healing because it’s just too much.

It’s due to blizzard making it a misery to play, I just did a 24 UR and I was panicking the entire time because of the healing and mana nerfs I got meant I had to put in more work to keep people alive. In which at times I simply wasn’t moving their health bar even though I was spamming them with heals.
What they did to healers this tier has been beyond absurd honestly, and is why people have quit healing for the most part. Hopefully when the metrics come in tomorrow they’ll throw out some buffs, but healing is in a terrible state right now honestly. This style only serves to satisfy the niche players that think that healers need to play like this or have to use “meaningful choices” to heal people. When similar to how covenants worked initially in SL’s under the same logic, its another stupid idea that’s causing more problems than it solves.

honestly, it’s the least appreciated class in the game, and if someone dies of stupidity, somehow it’s your fault. I can do without that stress, though I’m a fair to middlin healer on my Priestess.

This is supposed to serve as an incentive to players to join the right kind of guild so they can do content. Of course, the right kind of guild doesn’t actually have extra healers waiting for dps to join so they can heal, so it’s just a matter of shifting the shortage, robbing Peter to pay Paul.
honestly, there is no ‘right kind of guild’ unless it’s a personal one with just a few friends and their alts…the rest want me to do creepy stuff like PVP and Battlegrounds!
