I’ve healed several M+ seasons, but I don’t pug nearly as often as I used to (lack of both time and desire), so I can’t really speak to the current state of affairs in pugs. I’m pretty big on communicating, though - when I do pug, it’s almost always my own key or a friend’s, and I always chat ahead of time. I even link my key so the pug folks in my group know I really have the key I listed (I’ve been trolled before lol). But I understand that talking in pugs isn’t the norm. I tend to think most of these complaints say more about pug life than anything else.
