This would be a pain in the butt for pvp
I dont know. Im an already decent cook. But fully admit Ive never worked at a buffet. Havenât been to one in forever and now craving some. Dont see them too often anymore. A good carving station and sides sounds amazing

This is my fault for assuming people on GD would read the body of a post.
Given how tough itâs been for Blizzard to balance Classes now, this would be a nightmare!

SWTOR did this their last big update.
You could choose any class regardless of which story you picked. So a Sith Warrior could choose the Assassin or Sorcerer specs which were previously only open to Sith Inquisitors.
You pick a starter and get a second one to choose from later. Of course some restrictions, like only Force classes can be Force classes. So no Smugglers running around with lightsabers.

Positively received. It was a very good change for the game because SWTOR is entirely story driven. You may have loved the story of the class you chose but not the actual gameplay. This change allowed you to pick the gameplay and story you liked.
Of course, SWTOR and WoW are very different game. SWTOR is pure narrative and sustained by a strong RP-PVP community.
