so I think next expansion they need to give us an electric wind god fist. especially with Tekken 8 coming out next year.

I agree with this.
I think what they need to do to spice up WW is make it so that certain abilities buff other abilities (playing around a little with this like Battlegear)
Give them different CDs and then add a little spice to the CDR so that there is CDR attached to something else besides BOK but again only for certain abilities and not all of them.
Ex. Make it so melee attacks cause CDR on one of those abilities, using X ability during Y buff causes CDR — then it’s not just BOK after every ability lol
With those mechanics you can create an interesting 4-5 spell “Rock Paper Scissors” type deal where you’ll want to keep them off CD as much as possible but the order that you use them matters more
With sufficient tuning of the timing, then combo strikes would maybe be interesting
Finally, add some flavor talents that shift the priority of some of the 5 abilities based on which one you take

Overall the design of this isn’t too hard.
Just create a preferential order of the abilities then select cooldowns that make it so you can’t always use them in that order, next add varietal effects to the different abilities that give them flavor and through optimization make it easier to have the ideal order of abilities more often.

Another idea is to rework Mastery:Combo Strikes
Maybe make it so:
After using Fists of Fury, you deal increase damage for the next 3 abilities, stacking if they are different abilities
This way, it’s actually a combo window and it gives you choice.
Add a CD that instantly resets the cooldown of Fists of Fury and increase your damage by 15%.
This way you can do something cool like
Blah → Fists of Fury (triggering Combo strikes ) → Spinning Crane Kick → Crushing Crane Crash → (CD to reset FoF) → FoF (for third combo strike and also giving you damage amp into your next combo window)
As one of our powerful burst windows this would give you 5 empowered abilities that deal increasing damage if they are different.
Much more flavorful design imo

- Each relates to a celestial
- Each gives 1 Chi, color matches celestial
- 3-Chi Gauge
- Filled 4th attack is powerful combo strike
- Repeating empties Chi gauge though
- Attacks
A. Tiger Palm (Tiger)
B. Blackout Kick (Ox)
C. Graceful Dance (Crane)
D. Inner Force (Serpent)
