Fellow Forsaken, Sylvanas might be off on some little side quest, but it’s up to us to remember who we are and what we stand for.
We are not bound by the orcs primitive code of honor. We are smart enough to know that mortal morality is hypocritical, as for all intents and purposes Sylvanas should still be considered Warchief as she won the Mak’gora. She went off on a side quest that’s all.
But we must not give into those that would try and force an identity on us that we don’t want. Being Forsaken means being above the hypocritical morality of mortals.
Being Forsaken is being Belmont, who countermanded the orders of Cromush in Shadowfang Keep. That was the right decision to achieve victory in that situation. And Cromush has been loyal to the Forsaken cause ever since, would that have happened if someone blabbed?
Being Forsaken is being Lilian Voss, who didn’t think twice about killing her own father for his treachery. Being Forsaken is using the plague when necessary when the Undercity was threatened, and making sure that when territory becomes unusable to us it cannot be used by our enemies.
So if Calia or anyone else tries to guide us on some goody-good path we must countermand her orders. We must be true to who we are as Forsaken.
Give us an option to continue our loyalty to Sylvanas please Blizzard.
I could follow the Banshee up until she destroyed our home. What we had left to call ours. We are now outcast and misplaced, no where we belong anymore. The Horde served us well in opening options for many of us, looking for closure and purpose in the world.
What self-respect do you have for yourself if you continue to follow the orders of someone who would so carelessly toss you aside for her own gain. I am more loyal and trustworthy of the Orcs than I am now this wench who dare call herself a queen. A queen is a loyal leader who will see what’s best for her people above all else, not put her own desires ahead of us.
I’d sooner shake hands with Anduin, than serve another order from Sylvanas. She may have forsaken the forsaken, but I will not abandon my own people quite so easily. I fight for you all, for our right to stand with the Horde as loyal allies, I no longer fight for a false Warchief who would rather watch the world burn.
We don’t need to follow Sylvanas, to be faithful to ourselves.
Do you not see? We are Forsaken, and we won’t need the orcs code of honor. Have you ever thought how ironic it is, that unlike the living we have a willingness to achieve victory at any cost, there is no price not worth paying for immorality, immortality is our right! We won’t find solace in the Earth-mother of the Tauren, nor the Lao Gods of the trolls. We are driven by the very passion that the living have forgotten, a will to continue to exist, at all costs, no matter the sacrifice!
